As a collective impact effort, LEAD New Orleans is locally developed and managed by two bodies: the Policy Coordinating Group and the Operations Work Group. Together, these teams chart the course, review operational progress and challenges, and identify opportunities for systemic improvement. 

The LEAD Project Manager coordinates the work of these groups while managing all aspects of the day-to-day activities for LEAD New Orleans. 

The success of LEAD New Orleans depends on the strength of our partnerships. It’s thanks to our shared commitment to changing systems and changing lives that LEAD New Orleans is forging a safer, healthier, and more equitable future for our community.
